Lyndon Grove Reception Centre offers an array of Funeral event choices as well as traditional reception and conference events. It is a multi purpose venue with a stunning undercover fernery and garden area.

The Garden Room seats up to 200 people with standing room, and overflow capacity in the adjacent Long Room and Courtyard.

The Grove Room seats 60 people with standing room for approximately 40 additional guests.

The Lounge seats 30 people with standing room for up to 50 additional guests.

The Long Room seats 40 to 60 people with limited standing room for additional guests.

The Courtyard seats more then 40 people with standing room for approximately 100 additional guests and is serviced with outside speakers.

The Garden Room and Grove Room have high quality audio visual systems allowing for personalized photographic presentations. Additional speakers together with portable AV facilities are available throughout the venue to ensure all guests attending experience the highest quality in sound and vision.

Lyndon Grove Reception Centre  has extensive on site parking, full catering facilities and is licensed to serve alcohol.

It serves residents living in the suburbs of Belmont, Highton, Grovedale and the Surfcoast and is most accessible to the Eastern, Barrabool Hills (Highton) Bellbrae and Lorne cemeteries, and the Geelong Memorial Park and Crematorium.
