One of the benefits people see in dealing with female funeral directors is that because we are women, we can relate more easily to people. Because we are women we are probably more sensitive to family dynamics, and endeavour to make the arrangement meeting as comfortable for people as possible
As we are wives, mothers, daughters, friends - even grandmothers ourselves - we have an appreciation and understanding of some of the issues facing families when a loved one has died. We like to take a personal and professional approach with our client families, and treat them as we would a member of our own family.
