Kings Funeral Services has a bereavement library available for people wanting information and support in matters of grief and loss.
We have a wide variety of bereavement literature which provide useful information in a simple ‘easy to read’ format. They cover topics such as:
- Helping yourself heal when a Parent dies
- Helping yourself heal when your Spouse dies
- Helping yourself heal when your Child dies
- Helping Teenagers cope with grief
- Helping Infants & Toddlers when someone they love dies
- Helping Children with funerals
- Helping grieving children at School
- Helping Children cope with grief
- Helping a Man who is grieving
- Helping a Grandparent who is grieving
- Helping a grieving friend in the Workplace
Please feel free to come in and use our resources as required. As part of our Bereavement Care, we offer families the option of receiving a series of 4 booklets called the Continuing Care Series by Doug Manning.
Many families find this type of bereavement support very helpful especially during the first year after the death of a loved one.
Each year, Michael & Louise King, and the Staff of Kings Funeral Services and Louise King Funerals by Women, invite members of families of those who have died during the past year to join them in a Ceremony of Remembrance at Christmas time and for Mother's Day.
